If your bathroom work involves notifiable electrical work or an unvented cylinder installation, you should receive a building regulations compliance certificate. For electrical work completed by an installer registered with a Competent Person scheme, the certificate is issued directly by the scheme. For unvented cylinders, the G3 qualified installer will notify building control.
