Our Story
Ambient Bathrooms Ltd (trading as Ambient Installations Ltd) has been fitting bathrooms in Bristol since the early 2000s. What started as a specialist plumbing and heating service has grown into one of Bristol’s most established bathroom installation companies, with a team of qualified tradespeople delivering full project-managed refurbishments across the city and surrounding areas.
Today, we handle every stage of a bathroom project in-house — design, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, and decoration — so our clients deal with one team from start to finish. We work across Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Bath & North East Somerset, and North Somerset.

- Gas Safe registered — required by law for any work on gas appliances and systems
- BPEC G3 certified — required by law for unvented hot water cylinder installation
- City & Guilds qualified — recognised trade qualifications in plumbing and heating
- Vaillant approved installer — authorised to install and service Vaillant products
- Trusted Tradesman verified member — independently vetted for quality and reliability
- Fully insured — public liability cover on every project
Our Guarantee
All work completed by Ambient Bathrooms carries a 5-year warranty covering both labour and materials. This means that if anything goes wrong with our workmanship or the materials we supply within five years of completion, we will put it right at no additional cost.
In addition, many of the products we install — sanitaryware, showers, boilers, and cylinders — carry manufacturer guarantees of up to 10 years. These are separate from our labour warranty and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
